1- Chop the croissants into cubes
2- Use the butter to line the
oven dish with (like done for
baking) make sure the dish is coated with butter
3- Place all the cubed chocolate croissants into the dish
4-Chop the chocolate or pour
the chocolate chips into the
dish and mix it around with the croissant
5- Prepare the custard, add the
vanilla beans from the pod, mix until prepared
6- Pour the custard over the
croissants into the dish, dont
over do the custard, it needs to be fairly even
7- Put the dish in the oven for around 10-15 minutes.
Eat it while hot and yummmy!
