Fish burger with a sour and spicy taste!
What you need?
1- Bird's Eye 4 large cod fillets (comes in one box)
2- Tartare sauce
3- Mazola or any other brand of Chili Mayo
4- Cheddar sliced cheese around 8 slices
5- Round burger buns, 8
6- Jalapenos, chopped into the tiniest bits
7- Flora spread
8- Lettuce chopped into chunky pieces
What you need to do?
Start by placing the fish fillets into the oven to bake, it needs time to be well cooked.
While the fish is cooking in the oven, open the burger buns in half, spread each side with flora, add a slice of cheddar sliced cheese on the bottom half and pop them into the oven for the cheese to melt and the bread to get a little crispy. When the buns are out of the oven, add a spoonful of tartare sauce to the top half of the bun, add chili mayo to the bottom part and add the chopped jalapenos on top of the chili mayo and finally add the chunks of lettuce on top of the jalapeno and chili mayo. When the fish is done cut each fillet in half which allows you to make 8 fish burgers. Place each fish into the readily dressed burger buns and eat while hot and yummmy!
